Allbound is the controller for the processing described in this policy.

Contact: When you contact us, we process your name, email, company, message, and any information you choose to provide. The form opens your own email application; the message is sent only when you send the email.

AllboundScore: We process your name, work email, company, optional phone number, answers, calculated scores, and the time of consent.

Technical data: When you use the site, information about your device, browser, IP address, page views, and cookie choices may be processed. AllboundScore result history may be stored locally in your browser.

We use data to respond to enquiries, provide your AllboundScore, email your result, and conduct relevant follow-up relating to your enquiry or score.

Processing is based on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), where given, and our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on B2B enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Processing necessary to discuss or enter into an agreement may be based on Article 6(1)(b).

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Data is available only to relevant people at Allbound and suppliers supporting hosting, databases, security, and email delivery. They process data under our instructions and data processing agreements where required.

If a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on a valid safeguard, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and relevant supplementary security measures.

Contact details, correspondence, and AllboundScore responses are generally deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last relevant contact. Data may be retained longer where needed for an ongoing client relationship, legal claims, or statutory obligations.

Your local AllboundScore history remains only in your browser and can be removed by clearing site data. Your cookie choice is stored so the site can remember your decision.

Necessary: Store your cookie choice and support functions you request, including local result history. They are not used for advertising.

Analytics: With your consent, these may help us understand aggregate site use and improve the site.

Marketing: With your consent, these may be used to measure relevant campaigns across services.

Optional technologies may be activated only after consent. You can change or withdraw your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

AllboundScore is calculated automatically from your answers. It is indicative and is not used for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact kr@allbound.dk. We may ask for information to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you believe our processing infringes data protection law.
